Pale Moon Ebony….
(also known as White Ebony, Royal white Ebony & Mun Ebony)

…is properly called “Diospyros Ebony”. It is undoubtedly the wood around which myths have grown. Visually impressive, it comes with deep black ink lines that run through the cream-colored wood. Unique to each piece, the grain can be completely different. The texture is the usual fine ebony with a wonderful natural sheen. Hardness and density are rather moderate for this species. Crack-free drying of this rare wood is not easy. We are pleased to be able to present to you some selected top pieces in absolute prime quality.
This species is not yet listed in the CITES appendices.
